Safety and abuse reports

OnlyRun has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report profiles, comments, live messages, events, clubs, and public share pages in the app or on public live pages where available. You can also email urgent safety reports to team@onlyrun.app.

OnlyRun reviews objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, close chat, block access, suspend accounts, or eject users who provided offending content.

Account and privacy

You can delete your account in the app from Settings > Delete account. For privacy or data questions, email team@onlyrun.app.

What to include

Include your OnlyRun username, device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment details.
